Is this consulting or coaching?
Neither. This is diagnosis. Consultants tell you what to do. Coaches help you figure out what you want. I diagnose what’s actually broken and show you the constraint blocking everything else. You decide what to do next.
What if I don’t have organized materials?
Perfect. That’s the point. Send me everything: documents, voice notes, screenshots, half-finished plans. The messier, the better. I’ll find the patterns you can’t see.
How do I know what to send you?
Anything that shows me what you’ve tried. Marketing decks, org charts, scattered notes, Loom videos, whatever you have. You cannot overload me.
What if my vision changes after the call?
Good. That means the diagnosis is working. The point isn’t to lock you into a plan. It’s to show you what’s actually there so you can make better decisions.
What if I already have a coach or consultant?
Even better! You probably have great materials already — session notes, frameworks, plans. This call organizes all of it so you can see what you actually have, what’s still missing, and how to maximize your existing investments.
Can you help me implement after the Strategy Call?

Completely. Nothing you share leaves this call unless you explicitly ask me to bring in my implementation team. Even then, I only share what’s necessary.
